These are the dishes from our daily menu, which are prepared according to the recipe of hot cooking but later they are suddenly cooled to the temperature minimally +6 °C, which is set by the system of critical points of HACCP for cooled dishes. A durability of cooled dishes stored within the temperature + 6 °C is 3 days. Frozen dishes are the second type. The procedure is the same and the dishes are frozen to the temperature - 17°C. A durability of frozen dishes is 1 month.
